Guest Guidelines

At Tadoba Safari and Stay we aim to provide every guest with a peaceful, comfortable, and memorable wildlife experience close to nature. Kindly go through the following policies and guidelines to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.
Check-in & check-out timings

- ✦Check-in time: 1:00 PM.
- ✦Check-out time: 11:30 AM.
- ✦Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
Meal timings
+
- ✦Lunch: 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
- ✦Dinner: 8:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
- ✦À la carte orders will not be accepted after 10:00 PM.
Payment instructions

- ✦Balance payment must be completed at the time of arrival.
- ✦Resort management reserves the right to deny check-in if pending payments are not cleared upon arrival.
Accepted payment modes
+
- ✦Cash.
- ✦UPI payments.
- ✦Credit-card payment links.
- ✦Card-swiping machine facility is currently not available at the property.
Important resort guidelines
+
- ✦Our resorts are located close to forest areas and wildlife habitats. We request guests to maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the property.
- ✦Wi-Fi is not available inside the rooms or cottages at a few properties.
- ✦A common Wi-Fi dongle is available at the reception / restaurant area for basic use.
- ✦Loud music and disturbance are strictly not allowed, as they affect the surrounding wildlife and natural environment.
- ✦Guests are requested to respect the silence and serenity of the jungle surroundings.
Safari booking & cancellation policy

- ✦Safari permits once booked cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
- ✦Guests are free to book safari permits directly on their own if preferred.
- ✦All safari bookings are strictly subject to availability from the Forest Department.
- ✦Tadoba Safaris and Stays cannot guarantee safari availability.
- ✦Cruiser safari bookings are also subject to availability from the TATR authorities.
- ✦In case of cancellation by the Forest Department or authorities, Tadoba Safaris and Stays will not be held responsible.
Resort cancellation policy

- ✦No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- ✦Only Credit Notes will be provided, valid for 180 days from the date of cancellation.
Room cancellation charges
+
- ✦Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival: 50% retention applicable.
- ✦Cancellation between 30 to 15 days before arrival: 75% retention applicable.
- ✦Cancellation within 15 days of arrival: no refund applicable.
Special conditions
+
- ✦Credit Notes may be issued in the case of natural calamities, national emergencies, or force-majeure situations.
- ✦No refunds will be applicable in case of medical emergencies or hospitalisation.
- ✦Resort management reserves all rights regarding reservations and room allocation.
- ✦In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, government restrictions, union issues, or circumstances beyond human control, alternate feasible options may be provided. However, cash refunds will not be applicable.
Package cancellation policy

- ✦Packages once booked are completely non-refundable.
- ✦No refunds are applicable for fixed-departure packages.
