⚠ All Rights Reserved

Every photograph, write-up, design element and piece of content on this site is owned by Tadoba Safaris and Stays.

Downloading, reproducing, republishing, modifying, or using any of our material — in whole or in part, on any website, social media account, brochure, advertisement, or commercial product — without our prior written permission is strictly prohibited. We actively monitor for unauthorized use and will pursue every violation through DMCA takedowns, platform reports, and legal action.

All material on this website — including but not limited to text, photographs, illustrations, video, audio, logos, trademarks, layouts, code, graphics, the compilation and arrangement of content, and any derivative works — is the intellectual property of Tadoba Safaris and Stays or our licensors. It is protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), the EU Copyright Directive, and applicable international copyright treaties.

What is protected

  • Photographs of tigers, resorts, rooms, food, guests, landscapes, and any other images appearing on this website or our social media accounts.
  • Written content — package descriptions, blog posts, FAQ entries, tiger profiles, zone write-ups, itineraries, and any other text.
  • Brand assets — the Tadoba Safaris and Stays name, logo, taglines, colour palette, typography, and visual design system.
  • Data and compilations — package lists, resort details, pricing structures, zone information, and the way they are organised on the site.
  • Code, layouts, and design — the structure of pages, components, and visual presentation.
  • Guest testimonials and reviews reproduced on the site (used here with permission).

What is prohibited

Without our prior written permission, you may not:

  • Download, screenshot, save, or reproduce any photograph or content for any purpose other than private personal viewing inside your browser.
  • Republish or repost our material on any website, blog, marketplace, news outlet, magazine, or social media account — including Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Threads, or any similar platform.
  • Use our photographs or text in printed brochures, posters, billboards, advertisements, packaging, or merchandise.
  • Modify, edit, crop, recolour, or create derivative works from our images or text.
  • Use our content to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any machine-learning model, large language model, or AI system.
  • Frame, embed, mirror, scrape, hotlink, or copy substantial parts of this site to make it appear under another brand.
  • Pass off any of our material as your own work, your own property, or your own resort.
  • Use any of our material for commercial gain of any kind.

How we monitor for unauthorized use

We routinely use reverse-image search tools, content-matching services, brand-monitoring software, and direct tip-offs from our guests to detect unauthorized use of our material. When we find content of ours being used without permission, we take action quickly.

What we do when we find a violation

  1. Evidence preservation — we capture dated screenshots, archive copies, and metadata of the infringing material.
  2. DMCA takedown notice — we file a formal notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512 with the host or platform (Google, Facebook/Meta, Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, GoDaddy, Hostinger, AWS, Cloudflare, or any other intermediary) demanding immediate removal.
  3. Direct cease-and-desist — we contact the infringer in writing demanding removal and an undertaking not to repeat the violation.
  4. Platform / marketplace reports — for social-media or marketplace infringements we file the platform’s built-in copyright complaint form (Instagram & Facebook Rights Manager, YouTube Copyright Match, Google Web Search removal, etc.).
  5. Search-engine removal — we request de-indexing from Google and Bing.
  6. Legal action — we may pursue civil action under the Indian Copyright Act for injunctions, damages, accounting of profits, and legal costs. For overseas infringers we may pursue parallel action under the DMCA or local copyright law.
  7. Criminal complaint — for wilful, large-scale infringement (Section 63 of the Indian Copyright Act), we may file a complaint with the cyber-crime cell.

Penalties under Indian law

Wilful copyright infringement is punishable under Section 63 of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 with imprisonment of up to three years and a fine of up to ₹2,00,000. Repeat offenders face enhanced punishment under Section 63A. Civil remedies (Section 55) include injunctions, damages, and accounting of profits.

Permission and licensing requests

We do license our content for legitimate use — editorial coverage, travel publications, partner promotions, academic research, and similar good-faith purposes. If you want to use any of our photographs or content, write to us first at info@tadobasafarisandstays.com with:

  • The exact material you want to use (URL or filename).
  • Where and how you intend to use it.
  • The duration of use.
  • Whether the use is commercial or non-commercial.
  • Your contact details and organisation.

We will respond with our decision and licence terms within five working days. Use without a written permission letter from us is treated as infringement.

Reporting unauthorized use of our material

If you spot any website, social-media account, brochure, or printed material using our photographs or content without permission, please tell us at info@tadobasafarisandstays.com or call +91 77198 06444. Include a link or screenshot. We act on every credible report.

Guest photographs and tagging

Guests are warmly welcome to take personal photographs during their stay and on safari and share them on personal social-media accounts with a tag or credit to us. This permission does not extend to commercial use, sale of prints, stock-photo licensing, or any other revenue-generating use of guest photographs taken on our property or during our safaris without separate written agreement.

Reservation of rights

No part of this notice grants any licence, right, title, or interest in our intellectual property. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Tadoba Safaris and Stays.
