A booking is confirmed only on receipt of advance payment as specified at the time of reservation. Verbal or email confirmations without advance payment are tentative.
Tadoba Safaris and Stays curates and books accommodation across multiple independent partner properties. Each property remains responsible for the on-ground experience, room standards, and meals provided. We mediate disputes in good faith but are not the operator of the properties listed.
Safari permits are issued by the Maharashtra Forest Department and are subject to availability and government regulations. While we make every effort to secure permits, we cannot guarantee specific zones or dates beyond what the Forest Department allots.
Tiger and other wildlife sightings are not guaranteed. The forest is a wild ecosystem; we share our experience and improve your odds, but we make no promise of any specific sighting.
Guests are expected to follow safari and forest rules at all times. Partner properties reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for behaviour that endangers wildlife, staff, or other guests.
Tadoba Safaris and Stays is not liable for personal injury, illness, loss of personal property, or any other loss arising from natural conditions, wildlife encounters, or events outside our control. Travel and medical insurance is strongly recommended.
