Cancellation Policy

Standard cancellations

• 30+ days before check-in: Full refund of room charges, less safari permit costs.
• 15–29 days: 50% refund of room charges, less safari permit costs.
• 7–14 days: 25% refund of room charges, less safari permit costs.
• Under 7 days: No refund.
• No-show: No refund.

Peak-season terms

Cancellation terms are stricter during the peak Tadoba safari window (March – June) and around festival weekends. Specific policy is shared at the time of booking confirmation.

Safari permits

Safari permits issued by the Maharashtra Forest Department are non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation is requested.

Peak-season & festival bookings

Bookings for the period 20 December – 5 January and long weekends (3+ public holidays) are non-refundable once confirmed.

Weather and force majeure

In the event of unforeseen events outside the control of either party (heavy weather, government restrictions, public health emergencies), we will offer a credit for a future stay, valid for 12 months, in lieu of a refund.

How to cancel

To cancel a booking, email info@tadobasafarisandstays.com with your booking reference. Refunds are processed within 14 working days.
